Ordered the chicken and steak fajitas. The steak was so tender and well seasoned. Not overly salty, it was just right. The chicken was good too. Seasoned well, not dry. The flour tortillas were nice and fluffy. I also ordered a mango mojito and a tamal de elote. Both were so good. Definitely will go back to try other entrees.
We loved the happy hour giant frozen margaritas and they were very fast very kind and efficient. The food was AMAZING birria tacos were sooooo good the and the quesadillas were LOADED very satisfied customer!
If I could give 6 stars, they would go to this restaurant. The steak fajita is my husband’s favorite food in existence. I love the shrimp and bread in a garlic lemon sauce. The service is great and very attentive!
Stopped in for the first time for lunch. It felt like a very authentic Mexican restaurant. The portions were really good. The “market price” guacamole was fantastic (chunky & spicy) & overall, the food was very tasty & very delicious & tasted fresh. The salsa was amazing as well. The corn tortillas tasted fresh & the quesadilla was absolutely amazing with the mushroom & spinach. The only thing I would probably mention is that they probably need a couple more servers on the floor because the server that we had seemed overwhelmed & was not as attentive because it was a little busy, other than that it was a great visit. Would definitely come back for the food.
Arrived in Dunn Loring tired and hungry. This restaurant not only has customer parking off street in a free parking garage, but the wait staff was hustling. One person giving your table chips, another filling your water! Had about a 5-10 min wait after ordering food. They checked your table often and asked you if there was more they could do for you. Wait staff was moving Friday evening tables and turning them over seamlessly. We enjoyed our appetizer and entrees. Salmon dish and a shrimp w french fries.
There is just something about seeing a table of 8 or 9 family members all squeezed in together that makes a meal taste better. We headed to Rango’s Tex-Mex in Vienna for a reunion, and it was exactly what we needed. It’s not trying to be a Michelin-star spot—it’s just good, solid food and a lively atmosphere where you don’t have to worry about the kids (or the adults!) being a little too loud.
My hair stylist recommended this place to me and it did not disappoint! Food was amazing with huge serving sizes. I got the shredded chicken chimichanga which was loaded with tons of chicken. I felt so full for the rest of the day after my meal. Must try! Customer service was also exceptional!
We were visiting from out of state and got a recommendation to try Rango Tex-Mex in Vienna—especially their steak fajita—and it did not disappoint! The meat was juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly as expected. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and you can tell they know what they’re doing. If you’re in the area, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
I live in the Tyson’s area and have been wanting to try this place. Their happy hour deals are incredible. We enjoyed $7 Palomas (strong pour!) and $4.50 draft beers. The bar tender was very attentive and friendly! For food we have Birria tacos and the sampler platter which was plenty of good for two people. Food was delicious and fresh! Plus the lady in the back making fresh tortillas was a nice touch. The non happy hour food looked great as well.
Fantastic TexMex restaurant in Tyson area. We got here at lunch ordered the burrito bowls (chicken and steak). Portions were great, very tasteful, fast service, great menu, and very stylish indoor with lots of arts on wall. The meat the chicken were juicy and not dry. Great overall experience. Salsa was just enough spicy and not too much. Hopefully will return here to try out other options.
